By purchasing chances you agree to the Rules and Regulations listed below.

1. All sales are final.
2. One winner per raffle unless otherwise advertised.
3. Must be 18 years old or older to purchase chances.
4. Must be a resident of Pennsylvania. If you are not a resident of Pennsylvania please note the following. Any monies will be considered a donation to the Fire Department. If a prize is won, it will be forfeited and re-raffled the following week.
5. Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email after the drawings have been completed.
6. Winners must present a valid form of ID to claim their prize.
7. Winners have 30 days to pick up their prize or it will be forfeited.
8. Any Forfeited prize can be reused as a new raffle item.
9. Prizes must be picked up the night of the raffle between 7:30pm and 9:00pm unless other arrangements are made.
10. Walk-ins are not recommended as people at the station may not be able to give out the prizes.

Please note that all credit card processing is done via Square using a secure connection. No Credit Card information except for the last 4 digits and expiration date are stored on this website.
